Gail
Yong想在辛辛那提建第一個中國城,有機會讓她們來克城見見同行,同時她們也想在克里夫蘭尋找投資商,她們來克城二天收穫很大,給我寫了一封感謝信!

Dear Ms Pu Ying,
Business from China is ready for main street USA, owners just need
help from the local US-Chinese community to operate
locally and manage globally. The long term goal for
the 9Dragon Center is a place to provide all the
services of a business incubator for the business
from China and Asia. What is as significant is that
this is not a one way street. Once the business move
to the 9 Dragon Center from China or Asian, they can
help local American companies find opportunity to
sell US business goods and service to CHINA and the
whole Asia. The reason we know this to be true is
based on more than two years and $173,000+ research,
study analyzing official data, demographic data and
more. We did not pick the location of Chinatown out
of a hat.
The Chinatown project is one of the first of its kind of
Chinatown. On these 20 plus acres we plan to have a
retail mall, 88 units of upscale condos and
luxurious Town Houses build around a beautiful pond,
Senior Apartments around the Traditional Chinese
Garden, 10,000 Square Foot Trade Center/Culture
Center with ample room to accommodate a 200-300 seat
theater, plus an an 80 rooms Hotel/Motel.
It is an ambitious plan. We welcome comments from your readers,
investors, prospective Tenants or buyers (We have
not decided on selling the Retail Mall whole or sell
it as Condo units, developers are welcome)

Our plan for the Retail Mall is to develop it as a
retail concept with an Asian theme. It is intended
to cater to the Chinese, Asian and local (even
regional) population as well as area visitors. With
a built-in marketing budget, we will have a full
time marketing professional to promote events at the
Mall each week to ensure the success of our
merchants. The day the Retail Center opens it would
become a tourist attraction not only for Cincinnati
but for five mid size US cities, Columbus and Dayton
in Ohio, Louisville and Lexington in Kentucky, and
Indianapolis in Indiana; all are within 110 miles of
Cincinnati, less than an hour and half by car. As
much as Cincinnati said they have a multi- cultural
city, Asian Culture is noticeably missing in all of
the above mentioned cities. The Chinatown would fill
the void nicely.
From the bottom of my heart--Thank you very much for
your continued support, your generous sharing of
your time and resources. We enjoy meeting all of
your friends Pat, Iran, Thank You Kitty for the
wonderful Dim Sum lunch not only for the food but
the company. Eddie, Ms. Young generously opened up
and shared their wealth of experience. Thank you
Eddie for treating us to a wonderful Sushi Buffet
Dinner at Yellow Tail (a 5 stars Restaurant- In my
Book in term of cleanliness, decor, service, taste
and presentations of the Sushi) a restaurant you
would expect to find in Manhattan, we loved it. We
hope to have a chance to reciprocate... Everybody is
so enthusiastic about the project, it's a great shot
in the arm. What a trip!
Would you believe after 5 hours drive we were still
talking on the phone for another 1.5 hour more!
Thank you for believing in us. We value your inputs
and Ideas. Hope to see you soon.
Our Best Regards
Your friends
Gail/ Louisa
