The First Dragon History, Campaign, and Enterprise:
The Present…2003 to 2013 -- The Grace Decade: In early 2003, I quietly
exited my world of rewarding business and centric focus on pioneering
in China, to focus exclusively upon, what unimaginably became, a five
year “total” dedication to the death-to-life fight of an unborn
innocent who was to become my 8th child, Grace Noelle Craciun (or
Grace “The Ace” Craciun as I liked to call my newest Angel). In the
23rd week of pregnancy the Grace story began with two Our Lady of
Lourdes miracles. The first returned Grace to life minutes after she
was pronounced dead, at birth, by the attending NICU doctors. A second
miracle arrived to save her right arm 40 minutes after her soul was
returned. The fulfillment of the Grace Blessing arrived in full-bloom
on the fifth Christmas of her life. Her middle and last names
translate into Christmas! Today, Grace “The Ace” lives and loves with
100% of every human potential.
In 2006, I was compelled to begin focusing on how to renew my life
after Grace and my China business dedications from Cleveland, Ohio, a
community wherein I hadn’t done business since the seventies. At that
time I helped to birth the first commercially successful and global
phenomenon of Progressive FM Radio, “WNCR FM.” WNCR is the station
that created WMMS and kicked off a global movement that would change
the world and its economies forever. In the mid-1970s I produced The
First Rock Concert in Military History to Kick-off the Bicentennial of
the USA, that event represented my first global cross cultural
exchange, it was Titled, “Music You’re My Mother – The US Army.” I
then established the Robert F. Kennedy Scholarship Fund, which
produced the first radio-thon in broadcasting history to combat youth
crime.
Thereafter, in 1982 my Father demanded that I begin to study China. In
1985 I entered China and began the process of pioneering there for the
next twenty years. During the five year dedication to Grace, my
Chinese Associates maintained ITM (China) Ltd from 2003 to 2008. Upon
the reestablishment of ITM (US) Ltd in Cleveland, I produced, with
Adelphia Communications, the Music Award Program and Agora Ballroom
Concert that acknowledge the Cleveland legends’ including Jane Scott
of the Plain Dealer, Hank LoConti of the Agora Ballroom, and Jack
Ambrozic & Billy Bass, the founders of WNCR & WMMS. They were my
personal friends and associates who branded Cleveland as the “Rock and
Roll Capital of the World” and made it the home of the “Rock and Roll
Hall of Fame and Museum” – Cleveland’s Global Cultural Landmark.
In late 2006, just as Grace was beginning to win her fight for life,
the most unimaginable event occurred. An event that would renew and
stretch my world and primary business interest and set ITM (US) on
fire to fulfill our 25 year global focus on marketing, for the first
time in history, the birth and early stage evolution of the history
and culture of China to the world. A job my Father gave him to do in
1984. I arrived in China to pioneer there in 1985. My Father died 11
months later.
The First Dragon was born during an ITM production event I produced
responding to a request for help by a local Chinese entrepreneur who
required a regional marketing and branding program.
Immediately after the birth of The First Dragon, the ITM (US) team
established the ITM Consumer Product Division immediately upon
realizing ITM had been Blessed with an international branding and
public relations opportunity of great depth that plumbs a
phantasmagoria of fantastic characters that represent over 9,000 years
of Chinese history and Culture evolution and the mythology that
nurtured them. Occasionally I will mention that my 9th child is a Fire
Dragon.
Rather than turn to the common practice of securing sponsorship
funding by seducing multinational companies with established brands,
The First Dragon Global Consumer Market Business Model required that
sponsors would have to be located in Cleveland, the birth place of The
First Dragon and represent products and or services that directly
paralleled The First Dragon campaign concept of enhancing the human
condition around the world one person at a time. “The Future of
Medicine” enterprise was established by the ITM/Manacci Seraphim Group
Alliance. Market research confirmed ITM would have to prove the
viability of the enterprise, create the business entity, its 501(c) 3
non-profit filings, help to define their global market product and
service lines, and then finance the ability to advance each aspect of
“The Future of Medicine” and its cost of sponsoring The First Dragon
Global Campaign.
It took 4 years to create and evolve the following ITM Strategic
Alliances and their contribution to The First Dragon Global Cross
Cultural Exchange Enterprise and the ITM “Future of Medicine”

The First Dragon Global News and Social Media Campaign:
“The Year of The First Dragon,” ITM (China), led by ITM (US), in
harmony with their Cleveland based Strategic Alliances, plan to
release The First Dragon Global News and Social Media Multi-Release
Consumer Product Merchandising and Intellectual Property Licensing
Programs -- solely designed to market the evolution of the History and
Culture of China throughout the world. In 2011 China became the new #2
Economy on earth.
Spectacularly, The First Dragon global “news and Social Media” driven
production has now validated, and ITM research confirms, that ITM’s
diverse community of international Associates have once again located
and defined a unique and very large global consumer market demographic
group. In Addition to this, ITM has also located and defined a

through entertainment programming to embrace-in-wonder the Mythology
and Lore of the dragon and phoenix. The unique global demographic mix
represents an audience of 8 to 99 year olds who are emotionally
attached to The First Dragon and its 19 collectable character consumer
product lines and intellectual property licenses
Consumer expendable income is the fuel that drives all industries and
their economic generators.
Led by the research and manuscripts completed by Dr George M. Smiga,

The First Dragon Ltd. campaign will highlight both the similarities
and differences of the paralleling East and West cultures in ways that
clarify their contributions to mankind, survey the Dragon in both
cultures, explain the differing perspectives, dispel
misrepresentations resulting from lack of education, and convey the
common values shared by both cultures. The Chinese designed the Dragon
as the central symbol of their culture, associating it with longevity,
good luck, strength, and nobility. The West has viewed the Dragon as a
force for evil and destruction.
The First Dragon Production is also designed to promote extraordinary
recognition and economic rewards for ITM, its venturers, sponsors, and
their communities, and it will serve to enhance the development of
consumer product manufacturing, distribution, and sales, within the
birth place of The First Dragon and The First Phoenix, Cleveland,
Ohio.

The First Dragon Enterprise will, for the first time in history, tell
the story of the birth & evolution of Chinese culture and the birth &
evolution of The First Dragon from “The Rock and Roll Capital of the
World,” Cleveland Ohio.
While this global initiative is led by the ITM Communications
Division, it calls upon the resources of the Consumer Products
Division to avail itself of ITM’s vast experience in the fields of
global media relations, music and visual productions (whether video or
film), product design, licensing and eCommerce.
