俄州中国节热诚欢迎广大华人，各位侨胞和各国朋友前来哥城，同我们一起感受节日气氛，领略中国文化，品尝中华美食，欣赏文艺表演，参加竞技游戏，欢度佳节。自二零零八年来，由哥伦布、辛辛那提、克里夫兰、代顿、雅典五大华人社区共同举办的前九届俄州中国节都取得了巨大成功。今年，我们预期将有更多城市和团体参与，节目内容也将更加丰富。
活动内容：文艺表演，中国文化展示，茶艺表演，乒乓球，羽毛球，棋牌娱乐，儿童游戏，中式餐饮。

All matches are best 3 out of 5 games. The format is a round robin
group of about 4 players in the 1st round and then a knock out
system later. White Butterfly G40+ plastic balls will be used,
therefore please wear a dark color shirt. Table-tennis rules
according to USATT will be followed. Tournament director reserves
the right to change anything related to this tournament. |

All events’ entries will be first come first served. Entries in each
event are limited to the following: MS – 16 entries, WS – 16
entries, MD – 32 teams, WD – 8 teams and XD – 16 teams.
Shuttlecocks: Maximum of 2 shuttlecocks will be provided per match.
Rules: Scoring system (3x21 points) will be used for all matches.
Team or individual reaching point 21 will win the game. Max point
per game is 21 point. 3 minutes default and 2 minutes on court warm
up rules will be enforced. Times are approximate.
Tournament Format: Most events are double elimination format. Each
individual/team will play a minimum of 2 matches (One match is
equivalent to the best of 3 games) in each event. Event that has
insufficient entry will be cancelled or in round robin format.
