Please come and enjoy some wonderful Chinese
watercolor art created by Dorina Shen students. Dorina Shen was born
in China Szechuan Province and raised in Taiwan. She studied
watercolors under the tutelage of Professors Chen Teng Sun and Peg
Teng Shih, both famous Chinese artists. Currently Ms. Shen resides in
Brecksville and teaches at a variety of locations in the Cleveland
area, including the University of Akron, Cuyahoga Community College
and the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. Her students range in age from
age 7 to 87. The exhibit will be on display from November 4th through
December 1st in the meeting room during library hours except when the
room is in use. Please call to check for viewing opportunities.
The open reception is scheduled for Sunday, November 4th from 1 - 4
PM.
