Business and Professional Service Companies
Seize China Opportunity:Hong Kong a Prime Point of Entry

   China is one of the most important and fastest growing markets in the world. Contributing to this economic boom is the Greater Pearl River Delta (GPRD) region in southern China, which includes Hong Kong. To get a sense of scale, the GPRD region would rival Germany’s economic output.
      Hong Kong is at the heart of this burgeoning region and provides an excellent access point into China as well as other Asian Pacific markets. The Hong Kong economy is now heavily skewed towards services with 95% of its economy’s GDP coming from services. That Hong Kong is a renowned financial, legal, and logistics center means that business and professional service companies can find attractive opportunities there to develop or increase their international business activities.
On May 25th, representatives from Invest Hong Kong, the promotional arm of the Hong Kong government, will be in Cleveland to address business and professional services companies, briefing them on
* Asian commercial opportunities
* The climate for business and professional services in Hong Kong
* The ease with which Cleveland companies can establish and register an office.

Mr. Philip Kung, Head of the Business and Professional Services Sector, Invest Hong Kong
