Opening Weekend for DAGU Rice Noodle Cleveland located in AsiaTown.
The OCA Greater Cleveland Dragon Dance Team has been waiting to try
this Awesome new option for noodle lovers. The “A” Noodle Soups are
served in a personal super hot bowl. The “B” Crossing Noodle Soups
are in the bowl, but are accompanied with a tray of about 9 items
that can be added/cooked at the table. Each type comes with a bowl
of rice noodles that are dumped into the large hot earthen bowls. An
extra bowl of noodle refill is included in the price for big eaters.
E items are sides and G are drinks. I had A4 Rice Noodle Soup with
Braised Bone-in Beef with added lamb, which was very tasty and the
beef rib, eaten barbarian style, was tender and delicious. I added a
half bowl noodle refill. I also had the G4 drink - Mango Pomelo meet
Grass Jelly and it was pretty good. I like grass jelly, so it might
not be for all. The drink was refreshing and necessary to cool me
down from the hot noodle soup. 3 ladies in out party got A7 Tomato
Rice Noodle Soup - note strict vegetarians need to let them know you
do NOT want the pork soup base and they will use a veggie broth
instead. Overall, happy with the Dagu Rice Noodle meal, best shared
with friends, and i think it will be even more welcome for
Cleveland's cooler weather. Congratulations, Dagu Team!
