ITM Chairman/CEO Mr. Jack Craciun III recently
travelled to New York City upon the invitation of Mr. George Wen,
CEO of the global broadcasting network, World PeaceEver TV (WPTV)
International Media Group, to hold meetings regarding the
establishment of the ITM-WPTV Strategic Alliance. The ITM-WPTV
Alliance is primarily focused on the ITM China-USA Cultural &
Investment Cross Cultural Exchange Programs which include The First
Dragon Ltd. Global Chinese Cross Cultural Exchange enterprises.
The WPTV International Media Group is a Direct Affiliate of the
United Nations in Consultative Status with the UN Economic & Social
Counsel (ECOSOC). The ECOSOC is the United Nations’ central platform
for reflection, debate, and innovative thinking on sustainable
development.
WPTV is an NGO of the United Nations. Mr. Craciun was invited to a
deliver debate speech during the International Peace Institute Forum
on drug abuse and the horrors of drug addiction growing globally.
The forum was very interested in Craciun’s work in the late 1970’s
serving as the founder of the Robert F. Kennedy Scholarship Fund and
establishment of the first youth crime task force to combat youth
crime through non–violent first offender programs, the first
non-violent crime deferred sentencing programs in American judicial
history. This forum will now reconvene in March.

George Wen developed the World PeaceEver Television network into a
United Nations NGO. This new development opens the door to WPTV
becoming the global broadcasting network strategic alliance with ITM
in its association with the Erie Chinese Journaland the ITM-China
Finance & Industry Group Strategic Alliance with Dr. Tang Jinlong.
Together, their primary interestis to produce a real focus on
China’s influences in finance, media,economic development and cross
cultural exchange programs inmajor global markets. This includes
significant economicdevelopment opportunities in the 65 third world
nations that comprise the One Belt One Road Initiatives. The future
is very bright from a China – US perspective and their global
interest to enhance prosperity in their respective countries and
share it around the world to enhance the human condition.
While in New York, WPTV covered Mr. Craciun’s debate speech at the
United Nations International Peace Institute (IPI) Forum on the
global drug epidemic and his keynote speech at the World Peace
Association’s Painting &Calligraphy Solo Exhibition of renowned
international artist Prof. Zhou Tianyuan.
