亞洲行動服務協會20多年來爲亞裔盡心服務

Cleveland, OH - On Thursday, April 27, 2017, Asian Services In Action, Inc. (ASIA) hosted its 2nd Annual Spring Friendraiser and Luncheon event at the Ariel International Center in downtown Cleveland. This year’s event brought together nearly 100 supporters, members, and the community for an exciting afternoon covering Ohio's refugee and education.
The keynote speaker of the afternoon was a moving story by Loi Dang-Nguyen, Ph.D, locally recognized for her work to advance ESL and foreign languages in Akron Public Schools. She explains her journey from Tam-Ky, Vietnam to Akron, Ohio. Working with Akron Public Schools for 21 years, she currently is a Learning Specialist for ESL and Foreign Language. Dr. Loi is married to Dr. Troy Nguyen and have two children, Tyler and Lauren.
At the event, ASIA CEO, Michael Byun officially announced the date of ASIA's 21st Anniversary Gala & Fundraiser. If you weren't able to join us today at the Spring Friendraiser and Luncheon, you are encouraged to save the date for the 21st Annual Gala and Fundraiser, to be held on October 20, 2017 at Cleveland State University, downtown campus.
