To our Community:
We would like to thank you for your trust in allowing us to
care for you at MetroHealth Asia Town Health Center. It is our mission
to give our patients the best care possible.
Starting Monday, December 1, we have decided to move
our practice to MetroHealth Broadway Health Center, allowing for the
same great care with more services now offered to you. Broadway Health
Center is less than four miles from our current location offering many
other services, such as; MetroExpressCare, financial services, heart
care, onsite radiology, dentistry and much more. For more information
on what services are offered visit our website at metrohealth.org/broadway.
If you are in need of transportation to your
appointment, our MetroHealth vans will pick you up from your home, at
no charge, and drive you to MetroHealth Broadway Health Center,
bringing you back home after your appointment. If have an appointment
on December 1, or any time after, your appointment will be moved to
the Broadway Health Center.

Broadway Health Center。
