OCA Cleveland Celebrates the Moon Festival at
Cleveland Museum of Natural History OCA Greater Cleveland Asian
American Advocates celebrated the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival on
September 12, 2014 at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History drawing
about 200 attendees to the fund raiser. The Program was kicked off by
the OCA Cleveland Dragon Dance Team (in partnership with Confucius
Institute at CSU) that also shared the stage with the Kwan Lion Dance
Team. Other performers were Rosa Lee and Janice Liu playing
traditional Chinese instruments, Yin Tang Dance Company, the Great
Wall Enrichment Center Dance and Martial Arts, and finally the Rising
Star Acrobats. DJ Alexicon kept the music flowing in the Dinosaur
Room. Included in the celebration were the many wonderful displays at
the museum including the "Traveling the Silk Road" exhibit.

The event was spear headed by President Lisa Wong with support from

Deborah Yue, Secretary Harold Hom, and Past President Ray Chan.
