The 9.0 magnitude earthquake that struck Japan on March 11 has
caused catastrophic damages and casualties in the country.
Immediately, Tzu Chi chapter in Tokyo opened its office as a
shelter. In the meantime, Tzu Chi global headquarters in Taiwan has
prepared 50,000 kg of instant rice and 17,000 blankets to ship to
