Founder and Artistic Director of the Ingenuity Festival, James
Levin, said, “Qian’s piece is so vital to this year’s Festival. Her
installation is the perfect combination of art, technology and
tradition. Her sculptures will float beautifully on the water near
our Opera Stage creating an ambient and exciting site to see.”
The Ingenuity Festival is one of the premier non-profit festivals in
Cleveland. Its mission is to celebrate and exhibit local innovations
in the fields of art and technology. This year’s Festival will be
held on the lower level of the Veteran’s Memorial (Detroit-Superior)
