Florida Chinese Community Leadership Retreat

Dear Chinese community
leaders of Flouida,
UCA (United Chinese Americans)planned a statewide “Florida Chinese
Community Leadership Retreat" for leaders and activists of Chinese
American organizations in Florida a few months back, as part of a
foundation grant. Then the Florida discriminatory land bill was
Introduced and everyone was busy engaging in fighting the bill. That
fight has shifted into a different direction and gear, which allows
us to convene this timely retreat.
The purpose of this retreat is to let leaders of Chinese community
in different cities know each other better,and to share with each
other what your organization has been doing, and what's our shared
future as a community. The Florida land law has given us a new sense
of urgency and purpose.
For this first statewide retreat of Chinese community in Florida,
UCA grant covers your one night hotel expenses (double
occupancy),some meals,coffee and drinks, parking fee and other
conference charges.
We look forward to an exciting get-together and some fun time this
Saturday with you from all parts of Florida!!
