Dear Friends,
We are so glad to announce that 2021 Brilliant PGH Golf Invitation,
i.e., PCGA Golf Outing, has been scheduled on October 9th at
Cedarbrook Golf Course (Gold Course). Attached please find the
details of the event.
It is our honor to invite you, our fiend, to join us and play the
challenge golf course. Due to the time and size limitation, we will
close the registration once the field is filled. We appreciate it if
you can get back to us with the players’ name and gender as soon as
you can, no later than Sept. 25th.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Pittsburgh.

Detail Information About the Outing /Tournament
Tournament will use individual stroke format. PGA rule (no touch
unless winter rule applies), local course rule, and winter rule may
apply. To have easy and fun game for all level of players, the
following rules are applicable to all holes:
. Out of bounds (OB): use the rule of ball in hazard. there is no
need to replay from the original spot unless the player wants to.
One stroke penalty.
. Maximum strokes: to speed up the play, for each hole, please pick
up the ball and move on when the player reaches double pars (6
strokes for Par 3 hole, 8 for Par 4 hole, and 10 for Par 5 hole). In
the case that player doesn’t finish and takes the double par for the
hole, the total putts for the hole will be 3.
. Count the putts: putt counting starts when the ball is on the
green and ends the ball in the hole. (0 putts for chipping in or
putting in from the rough or fringe). NO GIMME!!!
Tee Box: Blue for Men, White for Women and Juniors (14 yr or yonger),
for all Par 3 holes, everyone tees off from blue. |
