Juneteenth Celebration
Highlighting B-Buzz Baseball Little League

Woodmere Village, May 19, 2023 - The Village
of Woodmere is buzzing with excitement as we unveil the highly
anticipated 2023 Juneteenth celebration, set to take place at the
Chagrin Boulevard Gazebo, 28601 Chagrin Blvd, Woodmere, on the
electrifying evening of Friday, June 16th. Get ready for an
extravaganza featuring a dazzling array of activities, vendors, and
mind-blowing experiences!
This year, Woodmere Village is shining the spotlight on the
extraordinary B-Buzz Baseball Little League during our Juneteenth
festivities. Born over half a century ago in the late 50’s, this
little league program has experienced an incredible resurgence over
the past decade. With solid support from the Cleveland Guardians,
esteemed businesses, and an array of community organizations, the
B-Buzz Baseball Little League has not only flourished but has
achieved extraordinary growth and remarkable success.
Mayor Benjamin Holbert, a proud alumnus of the B-Buzz Baseball
Little League and a member of the B-Buzz Advisory Board, exclaims,
"I am absolutely thrilled, as the mayor, to host the 2023 Juneteenth
celebration, where Woodmere will proudly showcase the B-Buzz
Baseball Little League." Join Woodmere Village as we honor the
spirit of Juneteenth and proudly showcase our collective commitment
to diversity in Northeast Ohio. This event will provide captivating
