好友Jenny 的正名是Zhenni
Jackson, 她的中文原名叫珍妮,我稱她爲Jenny。
2022 年 5 月 19 日下午 6 點,Jenny邀請了25位家人朋友還有客戶參加了Beachwood Chamber of
Commerce 組織舉辦的首屆成功人士頒奬晩宴,表彰2022年Beachwood
及周邊商業區的最優秀有能力的杰出人才,表彰對象有企業、員工、志願者,女性和年輕專業人士。華人Jenny 四年前在高檔商貿中心Eton
創辦了GingieSpa & Massage ,她的努力耕耘迎來了收穫,她在衆人中脫穎而出,榮獲了2022
年度小型企業奬。榮獲該奬項是因爲Jenny在業務方面表現出來的卓越創業能力,她的專業競爭優勢的才華,還有帶動社區經濟,爲社區服務,有着整體積極的影響力。

The Beachwood Chamber of Commerce 涵蓋 Beachwood, Woodmere,
Huntington Valley(one of top ten richest towns in US), Orange, Piper
Pike, Shaker Heights, 是俄亥俄州著名的老牌富人區,也是猶太人區。
本屆提名Jenny獲得Beachwood商會2022年度最佳小企業奬的是Woodmere市長Ben Holbert。他表示:Jenny爲她的客戶提供優質的服務,她與衆不同的手藝吸引她的客戶,她還經常捐贈時間和資源來改善社區。

發生火災,Jenny沒有因爲遇到困難再加疫情而退縮,Jenny重建了她的企業,並參加高盛銀行全美萬家小企業家培訓學習。市長對我説:我提名她是因爲她的優秀創業精神可以帶動更多像她一樣的創業者。
Gingie Spa & Massage 在Jenny短短四年的創業中收穫成功,這離不開她的客戶喜歡她和她的團隊的服務品質。她的Gingie

Massage環境典雅,讓人舒服。她自己孜孜不倦學習新的技能來更好提供服務,讓她客戶享受她的服務。她是俄亥俄州的執照高級美容師,也是俄亥俄州醫療衛生部授予的執照按摩理療師。她目前還在參加腦脊髓和內臟理療的培訓。
當日我們有五位華人參加了宴會,大家都很興奮,爲自己同胞榮獲這個奬勵而高興。看着在講臺領奬的Jenny,身穿黑色落地晩禮裙,高貴優雅氣質非凡,坐在我一旁的Jenny理髮師高華由衷感嘅:Jenny爲我們華人爭臉。整個一屋子只要我們5個華人。一個中國女性可以憑着自己的勞動和才華,沒有任何背景,在美國臥龍藏虎的商業社區獲得如此殊榮和尊敬,我們爲Jenny驕傲。
Jenny總是説她是一個很有福氣的人,有一位愛她照顧周全的敎授先生,還有一位美麗漂亮才華出衆的拉小提琴的女兒,全家人生活的其樂融融。我們常常喜歡説:困難和低谷是最驗證一個人的心力、品性和能力的時期。人一生中都會碰到幾次重大的困難,成功的人,站起來了。而失敗的人也就默默地消失了。因爲幸福是靠奮鬥來的。Jenny就是這樣的人,她總是帶着感恩的心説她自己是一位幸運的人,她的謙虛和低調做事也是她今天成功的基石。我衷心祝福我的好友Jenny不斷前行,生意更加興隆,登上更高商業舞臺!

the Beachwood Chamber honored Zhenni Jackson, owner of Gingie Spa,
with the Small Business of the Year” award.
Mrs. Jackson is awesome. Multiple academic degrees, Goldman Sach
10,000 Businesses graduate, accomplished entrepreneur, wife mom,
friend, mentor, and more.
I was honored to nominate her for the prestigious recognition but
just as inspired to live in the moment with her and see her success.
Make an appointment to visit her Spa, at Eton Chagrin Boulevard. As
I wrote on her congratulations card, Zhenni is AWESOME!!! |

awarded “Small Business of the Year 2022” by Beachwood Chamber of
CommerceOn May 19, 2022 at 6:00pm, Beachwood Chamber of Commerce
hosted the inauguration Spirit of Success Awards Banquet -
celebrating Beachwood Area’s Best and Brightest, to recognize
outstanding businesses, employees, volunteers, women and young
professionals.
Chris Truax, Board Executive Committee Member and Treasurer of
Beachwood Chamber of Commerce, Chief Administrative Officer of
University Hospital’s Beachwood Medical Center, presented the “Small
Business of the Year 2022” award to Zhenni Jackson, founder and
owner of GingieSpa & Massage.
“The awards recognize companies and organizations that demonstrate
all-around excellence in business. Recipients are selected based on
competitive advantage in their business, examples of specific
strategy to drive their business growth, and positive economic
impact overall to serve our communities.”
“Gingie Spa & Massage, located inside Eton Mall, provides
rejuvenating experience through its signature facial, massageand
body care services to hardworking people in Beachwood and
surrounding communities. Founder and owner, Zhenni Jackson, is an
Ohio State licensed Advanced Esthetician and an Ohio Medical Board
Licensed Massage Therapist. In addition to her aesthetic and massage
trainings, Zhenni obtained an MBA degree from Fordham University in
New York. Most recently, Zhenni graduated from Goldman Sacks’ 10K
Small Business Training Program. Prior to opening Gingie Spa, Zhenni
represented a luxury skin care brand, (Clè de Peau), and won the
fastest growth account award two years in a row across Saks Fifth
Avenue North America. Through her facial, massage and bodywork
Zhenni has helped many hardworking professionals to gain
self-confidence and a rejuvenating boost. One of Zhenni’s clients
was in Ukraine when Russia invaded his country on Feb. 24, 2022. He
escaped to Poland. Before flying back to the U.S., he texted Zhenni
to ask if she has any openings upon his arrival, “I am on my way
from Europe and would like to get in to relax with your healing
touches.” The moment she received that message, Zhenni realized no
matter how advanced technology becomes, it can’t replace the magic
of human touch.
Her nominator writes: Gingie Spa has been a significant business in
the Village of Woodmere. Zhenni provides extraordinary services to
her clients and often donated time and resources to improve
communities. In 2020, the business endured a fire in its facilities.
But endure, Zhenni rebuilt her business and enrolled Goldman Sachs
10,000 small business program to seek a method to improve her
facility. Her customers applaud her work and skill regularly,
leading to glowing reviews of services she and her team provides. I
am so grateful of Zhenni has brought her value in true self-care in
Eton. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will be back for many
services in the future. I wish every business owner took as much
care in what they did. |
