Seeing Jeff
Kutash and Jack Craciun III reuniting after all these years was
truly an amazing and inspiring sight to witness.
As a younger generation musician, producer, promoter, music and
entertainment executive myself, hearing their stories of the Splash
show, and Jeff highlighting his stellar career, demonstrated just
how important Jack and Jeff's contributions to the industry was in
opening doors for our generation.
Being Jack's Godson, and finally getting to meet Jeff, it made me
realize just how fortunate I am to be part of history repeating
itself once again. My career in music, the arts, and entertainment
is a direct reflection of the legacy they left behind, and the next
chapter that still remains to be written.
For me, these two individuals set the stage for all of us in our
generation, and am honored to see what the future holds for all of
us together.
WEWS TV spawned the Dance Craze in 1966 presenting Jeff Kutash &
his Upbeat Dancers, that included Jack Craciun, who launched a "land
of 1000 dances" that influenced America kids in more than 110 cities
to "dance to the music".
Thru the following decades, Jack & Jeff went their separate ways
producing award winning entertainment globally and have now
re-united to create "History Repeating" - the story of the home of
Rock 'n Roll's influenced on music and street dance. Jeff & Jack's
personal & professional lives have been shaped by the legacy of
Cleveland - more to come soon re: "THE DANCE CRAZE and the Birth of
the PROGRESSIVE ROCK FM radio transformed Broadcasting around the
world. |
