Presidential Service Center Symposium in Washington, D.C.

Since the late 1970’s when I became an Ohio Jaycee member who was awarded the honor to become a Lifetime Senator of the Junior Chamber International (number 45067), my global business affairs have been focused on expanding entrepreneurship with social service to set a global example. The last line in the Jaycee Creed, “Service to Humanity is the Best Work of Life”, is the greatest blessing each and every one of us can share with humanity. And now is the time. Jack Craciun III, ITM Chairman/CEO, Founder/Chairman/CEO of, and Executive Director of Marketing and Fundraising for the National Health Federation and its sister 501(c)3 organization, the Foundation for Health Research, was among the distinguished award recipients honored at the United States Presidential Service Center (USPSC) Symposium held the weekend of December 4, 2021 in Washington, D.C. The USPSC bestowed the “Seven over Seventy” award and the USPSC Gold and Blue Presidential Service Coin to Mr. Craciun, a globally recognized China Specialist, in recognition of his lifetime dedication to the promotion of cross-cultural exchange as the key to global prosperity, his pioneering work in the field of broadcast communications, and his decades of work promoting the field of therapeutic nutrition-based medicine to prevent and or cure disease in order to sustain or regain a healthy quality of life and return health to humanity.

Awards approved by the Department of Defense for military service were also bestowed at the USPSC Symposium. Recipients of the American Defense Service Commemorative Medal included ITM Associate, Antwain Thomas, USPSC Chief Development Officer, who is a US Navy veteran and 2nd Vice Commander of AMVETS in the District of Columbia, and retired and highly decorated US Army veteran Matthew Parker, who was also honored for his distinguished service in Iraq with the Iraq Commitment Medal. Orlando Herrera, Jr. a Marine Corps veteran and Commander of AMVETS in the District of Columbia, received the Ronald Reagan Commander and Chief Commitment Medal and the Cold War Victory Medal.
