我是誰?
我叫甘理慶，是第一代移民的頭生子。我的父母身無分文來到這個國家追尋他們的美國夢,在這里接受敎育,獲取學位,結婚並養育了三個兒子。
2003年我從俄亥俄州立大學畢業。我現在是CUYAHOGA縣的律師，在法庭代表那些無力支付私人律師費用的貧窮社群。
我在法學院結緣我的妻子囤璇。我們有個兩歲的兒子名叫檠召，我們非常欣喜能讓他在SOLON成長。
我想爲SOLON做什么
★我首先要致力于市中心的開發建設方便步行，減少車流。這會支持商業,提高房値,增加就業,促進市民健康。
★我還要改善SOLON的基礎設施，陞級電力系統以減少意外停電，增強移動電話信號覆蓋，擴大高速互連網。
★我最後一個使命是更新換代市府落後的技術設備，使政府能更好地和居民交流，將市政服務聯結到各家,提高服務效率減少成本費用。 |

Who I am:
Hello,my name is Michael Kan.I am the firstborn son of
immigrants.Both of my parents immigrated to this country with very
little,seeking the American dream,They earned their
degrees,married,and raised 3 boys.
I graduated from Ohio State University in 2003.I currently work as
an attorney for Cuyahoga County representing clients who cannot
afford an attorney.
While in law school,I met my wife Karin.We have a 2-year-old son
named Keller and are thrilled to be raising him here in Solon.
What Iwant to do for Solon:
I will prioritize developing downtown Solon,making it more walkable
and reducing
dependence on cars.A walkable city will help our businesses,increase
property values,create jobs, and make our citizens healthier.
I also want to improve Solon's infrastructure.
We need to update our electrical grid to reduce power outages.We
also need to increase cell phone service reception and access to the
highest internet speeds.
Finally,I want to significantly upgrade the city's outdated
technology so we can better commu nicate with residents,connect
residents to city services,enhance efficiency,and reduce costs. |
